Our flanged quartz tube is manufactured from 99.99% high-purity synthetic fused silica, with integrally fused quartz flange welded at single end or both ends after high-temperature annealing treatment to eliminate internal stress and avoid cracking during high-temperature operation.
The integrated flange structure realizes tight, leak-free sealing with furnace, vacuum equipment and reaction cavity via O-rings, greatly simplifying equipment assembly and disassembly. The tube body adopts flame polished finish, ultra-high UV & visible light transmittance, no bubbles, no scratches, no internal impurities, stable performance under long-term high temperature and vacuum environment.
This quartz flange pipe features excellent thermal stability: continuous working temperature up to 1200℃, instant heat resistance up to 1450℃, low thermal expansion coefficient, outstanding thermal shock resistance.
